微笑pasta
材料:
洋葱 适量
蒜 适量
甘葱 适量
番茄 1个
九层塔约5-6片
白酒 少许
橄榄油适量
天使发细面 约80公克
红萝卜一片
做法步骤:
1.番茄去子切丁，九层塔切丁，红萝卜切一片微笑形状煮熟备用。
2.天使发细面水煮约2分钟备用。
3.先用橄榄油加入切碎的洋葱、蒜、甘葱轻炒爆香。
4.再放入少许白酒稍稍煮一下下。
5.放入煮好的天使面一起拌炒调味。
6.最後要起锅前一分钟，放入番茄与九层塔切丁拌炒，装盘。
7.微笑的红萝卜放在面最上面即完成
