PenHOP
Last Friday was PenHOP dedication service. I was hesitated to go at the beginning because the service started at 10pm. At last, still I went, together with Pastor and some church members. When we arrived, they have started the worship(we were not late). So, after registration, we got our seat and join in the worship. The worship session lasted for an hour or plus. The worship was simply AWESOME! God's presence was so strong and I'm so so so grateful that the Lord brought me there. It has been so long since the last time I dwell in His presence, enjoy and dance before Him, so freely and so sweet. As a deer panteth for the water, so my soul longeth after Him. My heart and my spirit was satisfied.
After the worship session, a special speaker came and shared the word of God. He shared with us the testimony of Mick Bickle and IHOP (International House of Prayer), it started with a bunch of young people in America, starting from age of 18, devoted, spending 24 hours a week(at least i think), pray and worship the Lord and the music NEVER stop. It was encouraging and inspiring and wow~ even Dr Yonggi Cho was impressed.
Ya, to get young people to pray it's not an easy task. But only through prayer, God works. So, young people, down to your knee and pray! (saying to myself also =p)
